Smoking is not permitted in The Cabins.  You may smoke outside your cabin.  Please dispose of your cigarettes in the proper container.  Do not throw on the ground.

 

Hot tub-  Please respect the Hot Tub!  It is not a swimming pool.  Small children should limit their stay in the Hot Tub to 15 minutes.

 

Damages-  We reserve the right to charge you for any damages that occur during your stay.  Please report any damages immediately to us that you may find upon arrival.

 

Occasionally things malfunction!  Hot Tubs, appliances, etc.  We will make every effort to restore theses as soon as possible,  "Acts of God", loss of water, electricity, etc. that are out of our control will not result in you getting a refund.  *If your electricity goes out, Ours will too!!!

 

Check in is at 3 p.m.-check out is at 11 a.m. Please do not ask for a late check out.  We must have ample time to get ready for our next guests.

 

With the change of seasons, on occasion, you may notice mice, wood spiders, wood roaches, ladybugs or other insects.  We do have our cabin sprayed for insects and make every effort to keep them away.  Keep in mind you are in the country.  Please bring anything you may see to our attention.  Thank you!  TO.VS.. reception is limited.  We have a few tapes for your enjoyment.

If you are staying more than 2 days, your Hot Tub will be checked on the third day and every other third day after that.  We will also provide you with fresh towels.  Upon departure, please clean up and do any dishes you may have.  Excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

 

A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are provided.  Any emergencies, Come to our office and dial 911.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

More than 2 weeks notice- 90% refund

 

2 weeks prior to arrival- 50% refund

 

72 hours before arriving- No refund
